I just created an order. When is the courier coming to collect the package?
Our system automatically books a pickup time with the courier as soon as an order is created.We try to make sure that parcel collection happens as soon as possible, though there are a few factors that may affect waiting times. If an order is created in the morning there are greater chances it will be collected within the next working day. The speed of collection also depends on the coverage of the area by shipping providers.
How can I track my order?
Once our team has picked your order and organised the dispatch you'll receive an automatic email including all details about the provider your order is booked with. This email will contain your tracking link and tracking number.
The tracking link won't show tracking information until your goods have been collected by the courier. This should usually be the same day. Please be aware that you may not see tracking progress until 24 hours of you receiving the automatic email.
